This privacy note describes a typical WordPress install of the Modderguy theme. Replace or extend it to match your host, analytics, and legal jurisdiction before you publish.
What this site collects
Pages themselves do not require an account. If you submit the contact form, the site stores the name, email, and message you typed long enough to deliver and reply. Server logs kept by your host may include IP address, browser, and requested URLs for security and uptime.
Cookies
WordPress may set a cookie if you log in to the dashboard or leave a comment (comments are not emphasised in this theme). The public pages do not ship advertising pixels as part of the theme code.
Third parties
If you later embed analytics, fonts, or a newsletter tool, disclose them here. Download Source buttons that point off-site send visitors to whatever URL you configured; that destination has its own policy.
Your requests
To ask for deletion of a contact-form message, use the contact page from the same email address. Retention periods depend on how you operate the mailbox.
